Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the supply of vehicle wash, detailing and repair services by Price Auto Wash Hub. By requesting a booking, accepting an estimate, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Bookings & scheduling

• Public bookings are submitted as requests and are confirmed only once accepted by us. You will receive a confirmation (and a 24-hour temporary tracking link) once approved.
• Scheduled times are indicative, subject to weather, access and operational conditions.

2. Estimates & pricing

• Estimates are valid until the date stated and are based on the vehicle and service details provided at quoting.
• Final invoiced amounts may vary where additional work is agreed or the vehicle's condition differs materially.

3. Payment

• Payment is due as agreed on the invoice; unless otherwise stated, payment is required upon completion.
• Membership or loyalty discounts are applied where applicable.

4. Cancellations

Notify cancellations or rescheduling as early as possible. Late cancellations may incur a call-out or service fee at our discretion.

5. Vehicle condition & access

• You agree to provide safe access to the vehicle and, where required, a suitable water and power source, and confirm you are authorised to authorise the service.
• We are not liable for pre-existing undisclosed damage or items left unsecured in the vehicle.

6. Damage reporting & media evidence

• Technicians complete a pre-service inspection and capture media evidence as standard. Damage is recorded and reported to you and our director.
• Where media cannot be captured, a No Evidence justification is recorded and remains subject to director audit.

7. Liability

Our liability for damage caused during a service is limited to the cost of rectification or the value of the service, whichever is lower, except where liability cannot be limited by law. We are not responsible for loss from inaccurate information you provide or access/safety issues at the service location.

8. Records & retention

Service, financial and media records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years for legal, insurance and audit purposes.

9. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, available via the link on your estimate or our website.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version applicable to your service is the one in effect when your booking is confirmed or estimate accepted.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes are submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
