Price Auto Wash Hub respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to customers, visitors using our public booking page, and members of our customer portal.

• Vehicle details — make, model, year, colour, registration and VIN.
• Booking and service information — service type, scheduled date/time, job notes, and records of work performed.
• Account credentials — when invited to the customer portal, your email and a securely managed authentication token.

2. How we use your information

• To schedule and perform services and communicate about your bookings.
• To issue estimates and invoices, process payments, and maintain records required by Australian tax law.
• To send service reminders and account notifications.
• To meet legal and insurance obligations, including retaining records of work performed.

3. Vehicle and service media

• Technicians capture photos and video of your vehicle before, during and after a service.
• Media is linked to your job record and retained for a minimum of five (5) years for audit and legal retention.
• Where damage is identified, we record a damage report and may notify you. Media and damage records are accessible to authorised staff and directors only.

4. Information sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: (a) authorised staff and directors who need it to perform your service; (b) third-party service providers we rely on under appropriate data agreements; and (c) authorities where required by law.

5. Data security & retention

Access is restricted by role-based permissions. Financial, media and service records are retained for at least five (5) years. Deleted customer and vehicle records are moved to a secured Recycle Bin for the retention period before permanent removal.
